Also responsible for planning the End-to-End Schedule of the entire program, this includes the identification and analysis of the Program Critical Path and associated Risks.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• End to End Project Management for the Identity Access Mgmt. Stream within the Program, this involved leading a team of SMEs and Business Analysts to deliver the Role Based Authorisation (RBA) Matrix which maps every Role in the Org. (Customer Care, Retail and Corporate) to Business Functions within the new set of applications.
• Engaging with key security stakeholders (e.g. Info Security, Regulatory, Fraud and Legal) to approve defined roles and working with the Vendor as well as User Acceptance Team to develop and test the matrix.
• Managing the integration of the new Solution with the existing Strategic User Access Mgmt. Ericsson supplies microwave radio and optical fiber links for Vodafone throughout Australia. As a senior PMO consultant from Seven Consulting I was assigned as regional scheduler, I was responsible to ensure the deployment occurred in timely manner according to plan.
Key areas of responsibility included:
• Developing program End-to-End schedules incorporating program inter-dependences. Providing an in-depth Critical Path analysis on the schedule and advising on potential project slippage.
• Apply quality assurance and data integrity validation on program schedule(s).
• Managing WA SA NT Region Schedule, by incorporating schedule updates and providing status report to senior management and executives.
Major achievements:
• Developed a complex Quality Assurance tool to validate the integrity of key milestones dates.
• Developed a run rate report (Number of VHA sites being Installed, Commissioned, Integrated and accepted). To assist senior management with their forecasts to eliminate resource over/under utilisation variations.

Senrio PMO Consultant - Master Scheduler

Nokia Siemens Networks (VHA Core Consolidation Program) - Dec 2010 - Mar 2011

VHA Core Consolidation Program consists of over 10 projects including Packet Switching, Circuit Switching, OSS, SDM, and Service Continuity. As a PMO consultant from Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond (TBH) Group I was assigned as master schedule, I was responsible for over 10 schedules with size exceeded 15000 lines.
Key areas of responsibility included:
• Working collaboratively with program and project managers at NSN to develop, maintain and update program schedules and report accordingly.
Major achievements:
• Implemented an efficient process for managing Inter-Program dependencies between NSN & VHA. The process was automated and successfully replaced a sophisticated manual process of dependency files exchange.

Senrio PMO Consultant - Master Scheduler/Planner

Telstra PMO (CBA Enhanced Telecommunication Program) - Mar 2010 - Dec 2010

CBA Enhanced Telecommunications Program (ETP) is considered the largest telecommunications project in Australia. TBH was selected by Telstra to establish a PMO scheduling team to track and report on program progress. ETP comprised of over 10 work orders and 24 schedules integrated into one master schedule through inter-dependencies.
Key areas of responsibility included:
• Developing, maintaining and controlling projects’ schedules, including integrating dependencies among streams.
• Receive and validate project progress from PMs, and incorporate into schedules.
• Escalate major projects’ slippages and assess their impact on own stream and other work orders.
• Developing various reports that satisfied different audience requirements, including program managers & executives.
• Follow up with PM/PgM on required change requests, impact assessment on schedules & other streams.
Major achievements:
• Developed schedule transition plan to decrease TBH headcount by the end of the program. Plan involved developing schedule handbook, PM handbook and QA process workflow.
• Participated in developing a sophisticated resource contention report that estimates required resources from Telstra, CBA and third parties to achieve critical milestones to the program.
